What are the exhibition’s opening hours?

Our exhibition is open to the public:

Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 23:00

Can I purchase tickets online?

I have purchased my ticket online, but I won’t be able to attend. Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Unless you have purchased the change option for an additional fee , it’s not possible to change the date of the visit or refund the ticket.  Please note: to use the date change option, you have to contact soporte@improntа.es at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.

I don’t know when I will be able to visit the exhibition. Can I purchase a ticket without a date and time? Is my ticket valid for another day?

The access to the exhibition is divided into hourly slots to ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors.  We can not guarantee access to the exhibition outside the hours indicated in the ticket when the capacity of the sessions are complete.
The entry is NOT valid for another day. Once inside the exhibition, the visitors can spend inside as long as they wish. The average visit lasts approximately one hour and 30 minutes.

Are there original Van Gogh paintings in the exhibition?

The exhibition El Mundo De Van Gogh is not a traditional art exhibition, it is an authentic multimedia experience, that allows visitors to immerse in the artist’s amazing works.

There are no original paintings.

Is there a minimum age to access the exhibition?

There is no minimum age. Children up to 4 years old are allowed free entrance.
Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult family member.

What is the average duration of the visit?

The average visit lasts approximately one hour and a half. Consult our opening hours to allow sufficient time for your visit to see the entire exhibition! Once inside, you can enjoy the experience as long as you want.

How can I get media accreditation?

Can I come with a baby stroller or is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the exhibition is adapted for strollers and wheelchairs

Can I take photos and/or videos inside the exhibition?

Yes but without using the flash. If you publish them in social media, use the hashtag #MundoVanGogh: so more people will be able to see the exhibition through your eyes.

Do you offer guided tours?

We do not offer guided tours.

What are the languages of the exhibition?

All exhibits are accompanied by texts in Spanish, Catalan and English.
