I have purchased my ticket online, but I won’t be able to attend. Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No, once tickets have been issued, we cannot make refunds.

Within the same chosen day, we can make a time change, if capacity is available. To do this, you can go directly to the box office and our team will tell you how to proceed.

Is my ticket valid for another day?

The ordinary ticket is NOT valid for other day.

To avoid any problems, we recommend additionally purchasing our exchange insurance, only with it you will be able to change the date of your tickets.

In order to change the date, you must notify info@vangogh.es before the first scheduled visit.

I don’t know when I will be able to visit the exhibition. Can I purchase a ticket without a date and time? 

Yes, we have a VIP ticket option with no date or time defined, giving freedom and being valid until the end of the exhibition.

Access will always be guaranteed with the VIP ticket, and it is not necessary to do any prior paperwork, you just have to present the QR code directly at the exhibition.

VIP tickets are limited.

Are there reduced ticket?

Yes, for children between 4 and 15 years old, over 65 years old, unemployed, university students and people with a disability of 33% or more.

Are there original Van Gogh paintings in the exhibition?

The exhibition El Mundo De Van Gogh is not a traditional art exhibition, it is an authentic multimedia experience, that allows visitors to immerse in the artist’s amazing works.

There are no original paintings.

Is there a minimum age to access the exhibition?

There is no minimum age for access to the exhibition. Children up to 4 years old can access the exhibition for free. Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the average duration of the visit?

Time visit is around 90 minutes.

Tickets are sold in time slots to ensure a comfortable visit for everyone. Once inside, you can enjoy the experience as long as you want.

How can I get media accreditation?

Can I come with a baby stroller or is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the exhibition is adapted for strollers and wheelchairs

Can I take photos and/or videos inside the exhibition?

Yes, but without flash. If you publish them in social media, use the hashtag #elmundovangogh: so more people will be able to see the exhibition through your eyes.

Do you offer guided tours?

No, we do not offer guided tours.

What are the languages of the exhibition?

All exhibits are accompanied by texts in Spanish and English.

Where can I get information about group visits and group ticket reservations and/or purchases?

Is it recommended for people with epilepsy or visual sensitivity problems?

We always recommend consulting with your doctor as the experience may be uncomfortable for some people due to the lights and flashes.
